By submitting photos to Brieshi Salon and Spa, all participants grant Brieshi Salon and Spa, its affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use in any manner Brieshi Salon and Spa deems appropriate worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the participant′s name, photographs and any language contained therein, for public information without additional consideration or compensation. Participants further release Brieshi Salon and Spa, its affiliates and assigns from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating the participant′s submission. All photographs submitted become the property of Brieshi Salon and Spa and will not be returned to the entrant.
Gift cards are not transferrable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Brieshi is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Giftcards are valid for 12 months after issue date.
