Laurie brings over a decade of experience to Northwest Arkansas, having graduated from Covington, LA Aveda Institute in 1998. Hurricane Katrina brought Laurie and her husband, Dr. Andrew Briese, DDS, to Fort Smith, Arkansas in 2005, and in 2007 they decided to call Rogers their home. Laurie is proud to present the only Aveda lifestyle salon and spa in the region, where the green experience comes full circle.  She has been a color specialist for 10 years.  Laurie has completed the following Aveda trainings: "Behind the Scenes", "Hair Color Systems", "Hair Color Solutions", "Full SpectrumDeep", "ADVANCED color with Micheal Pavlick","Perfomance Aveda: Skin Care & Face Color", "Spa Experience and Rituals", "Skinwise Facial Fundamentals I", "Green Science Skin Renewing Treatment", "Botanical Skin Resurfacing Treatment", and "Chakra Manicure & Pedicure". Marissa is originally from the state of Washington and moved to NW Arkansas in 2007. After working in the legal field for many years, she decided to put her talents to use in esthetics and graduated from Career Academy of Rogers in 2008. She specializes in Aveda Skincare, makeup, and all waxing services. She has a passion for helping people treat and maintain their skin by customizing their skincare regimen. Born in Colorado Springs, CO, Tracy relocated to NW Arkansas with her family, where she attended Springdale Schools. She graduated from Springdale High School in 1992. Tracy has always been passionate about art (drawing and painting), and she found a way to express her artistic design in custom cuts and custom hair color. This mother of two pursued her newly found passion and attended the Career Academy of Hair Design in Rogers, AR, in 2006 and she is proud to be assisting clients at Brieshi Salon and Spa. Tracy has been with Brieshi since we opened, November 15th, 2008. She has completed the Aveda Color Pathway and has grown her knowledge as Senior Sylist and Color Specialist.  Christine is originally from Little Rock, AR and has lived in Northwest Arkansas for 7 years now. She graduated from the Career Academy of Hair Design in Springdale in 2009 and is continuing her education by attending Aveda color and cut classes as well as attending hair shows across the country. Christine has completed the following Aveda Trainings: "Color I, II, and III", "Collection Cuts", "Serious Business", and "Pureform". She holds a passion for arts and music outside of the salon and makes her own hair clips and head bands that are available for sale in the Brieshi lobby. Christine enjoys making people feel beautiful by helping them feel comfortable with their hair. Hair is more than a passion for Christine, it′s a lifestyle.

Rickey has been working with Aveda for over a year. He graduated from career academy in Springdale AR. He is a graduate from John Brown university with a BS in Organizational Management. After working in retail for several years, he decided to pursue his passion for hair. He has recently completed several advanced coloring classes and most recently completed an advanced cutting course with Tristin Morrison along with a course instructed by William Edge for mens′ cuts and ladies′ short cuts.
